3. Payment & Refunds

- Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.

- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in your specific program agreement.

- For recurring payments, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, frameworks, designs, and branding, belongs to The Alignment Lab LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate registration and payment information.

- Use our services only for lawful purposes.

- Refrain from distributing harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in our programs is voluntary. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our Services.

7. No Guarantees

While our tools, coaching, and frameworks are designed for transformation, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Greenville County, SC.
